Products must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

৪. পণ্যের তথ্য ও নির্ভুলতা

আমরা পণ্যের বিবরণ, ছবি ও তথ্য যথাসম্ভব সঠিক রাখার চেষ্টা করি। তবে, আলোর পার্থক্য বা উপাদানের কারণে বাস্তব পণ্যের রঙ বা ফিনিশ কিছুটা ভিন্ন হতে পারে।
এই সামান্য পার্থক্যের জন্য Neva Furniture দায়ী থাকবে না।

আমাদের সব পণ্য ব্র্যান্ডের অফিসিয়াল বা আমাদের নিজস্ব ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় রয়েছে।
ওয়ারেন্টি দাবি করতে ক্রয়ের প্রমাণ (ইনভয়েস/রসিদ) প্রয়োজন হবে।
অসাবধানতা, পরিবর্তন বা স্বাভাবিক ব্যবহারে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় পড়বে না।

৬. রিটার্ন ও রিপ্লেসমেন্ট

আমাদের Return Policy অনুযায়ী পণ্য ফেরত বা পরিবর্তন করা যাবে।
পণ্যটি অব্যবহৃত, মূল অবস্থায় এবং ক্রয়ের প্রমাণসহ ফেরত দিতে হবে।

৭. দায় সীমাবদ্ধতা

আমরা মানসম্পন্ন পণ্য ও সেবা দেওয়ার প্রতিশ্রুতি দিই, তবে Neva Furniture নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে দায়ী থাকবে না:
